Who is this for?
This event is perfect for families, siblings, childcare providers, and school-aged children. Kiddos younger than eight years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.
Where will this take place?
This event will take place at Black Sheep Yoga Studio on Hwy 101 in South Oceanside.

Who is leading this experience?
This event will be guided by Betsy Cantrall, a teacher with twenty-three years of experience implementing effective mindfulness practice in a variety of schools and settings to help kids shift from surviving school to thriving.
