  • Tap into your inner peace.

  • Reset your nervous system in times of stress.

  • Recognize and shift from a negative mind loop.

  • Create a mindfulness toolkit of strategies you can use in any situation.

  • Manage big feelings and challenging situations with more skill.

Who is this for?

  • This event is perfect for families, siblings, childcare providers, and school-aged children. Kiddos younger than eight years of age need to be accompanied by an adult.

Who is leading this experience?

  • This event will be guided by Betsy Cantrall, a teacher with twenty-three years of experience implementing effective mindfulness practice in a variety of schools and settings to help kids shift from surviving school to thriving.
